Binh Minh Investment and Trading Co., Ltd won the auction of plots 3-9 (5,009.1m2) and paid VND 5,026 billion of land use fee and VND 500 million of registration fee for the area performing commercial function.
Viet Star Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd won the auction of land lot number 3-12 (10,059,7m2) and paid VND 24,500 billion for land use and VND 500 million for the area of commercial and service use.
The notices also specify that, within 30 days from the date of issuance of the above notice, enterprises must pay registration fee and 50% of land use fee. Within 90 days from the date of the above notice, the auction winning units must pay the remaining 50% of the land use fee.
